You cannot message all of your members directly through the platform. If you would like to send a message out to all members, you can download their emails from the Hub admin settings and import those into an email.
Here is how!
- Click on the vertical ellipses from the top right of your Hub header.
- Click the "Manage Members" tab.
- From the left tabs, click "All Members".
- Once you see a list of Hub members, click the "Export Data" button in the top lefthand corner. You will receive an email with a CSV file containing the emails of your members.
